Cycle 30: Although appropriate for any fitness level, Cycle 30 is a great class for beginner cyclists. Class lenth is 30 minutes. Come early to set up your seat and handlebar height to ensure a safe and effective workout.

Circuit Central: This class focuses on resistance training done in circuits to tone muscle and burn calories during and after the workout. Modifications are shown for beginner to intermediate level.

Gentle Yoga: The focus of this class is to develop flexibility with a slower pace that allows for relaxation. Great class to start your yoga practice with.

Yoga Flow: Yoga postures dynamically flow together. The focus of the class is to generate body heat and increase flexibility and strength. Beginner to intermediate level.

FitStart: This is a 30-minutes class designed to strengthen muscles, improve balance and promote a healthy start. Suitable for beginner exercisers.

New classes beginning OCTOBER 2016...

Barre Blast: What is a "barre" class? Barre classes mix elements of dance, yoga, pilates and functional training. In each class, you'll use the barre as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with very light resistance and high reps of small movements. There is NO choreography, and no dance ability needed. Beginner to intermediate level.

Beat Fitness Dumming: This is the workout for people who hate to workout. Fitness drumming is a rhythmic cardio workout using drumsticks to tap out a beat as you do simple movements. It's fun, energetic, suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and best of all - you don't even realize you're exercising! Beginner to intermediate level.
