Aggresive Bike Ride: 10 mile bike ride with Lisa Strand

Circuit Training: This class focuses on resistance training done in circuits to tone muscle and burn calories during and after the workout. Modifications are shown for beginner to intermediate level.

Gentle Yoga: The focus of this class is to develop flexibility with a slower pace that allows for relaxation. Great class to start your yoga practice with.

Yoga Flow: Yoga postures dynamically flow together. The focus of the class is to generate body heat and increase flexibility and strength. Beginner to intermediate level.

REFIT®:  Dance to fun, upbeat music to get a great cardio workout.

Kids Korner: This class offers toddlers an opportunity to imkprove balance and motor skills while moving to some aewsome Veggie Tale songs. Kids must be ablt to walk, for ages 1-4.
