• In Gothenburg on Tuesdays, come from Lexington, through Eustis and Farnam on to Gothenburg. Transportation in town ONLY.
• Will take persons from Lexington, Eustis, and Farnam to Gothenburg and return back at end of day.
• Will take persons from Gothenburg to Farnam, Eustis, or Lexington at the end of day, on the way back but WILL NOT return them unless they stay for a week and catch a ride on the next Tuesday as the make their way back.
• In Gothenburg on Wednesday afternoons, come from Cozad and return to Cozad. Again, same guidelines for transport.

Heartland Counseling

• Several locations throughout Nebraska including North Platte, Lexington, Ogallala, and McCook.
• They accept all insurance and have a sliding scale or hardship scale. The Hardship Scale is for those that owe more than 10% of their income on medical bills. The sliding scale is income based and things such as rent, utilities, child care, transportation, etc. are used as deductions.
• They offer counseling for Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Psychological.
• Patients that have Medicaid for insurance may be eligible for transportation through Intelliride for out of town appointments. They can NOT own their own vehicle. This is only for those on Medicaid without a vehicle of their own.
