Diagnostic Imaging DAT

Diagnostic Imaging DAT

Direct Access Testing (DAT) is a service designed to give patients more control over their health and healthcare expenses, especially those with high-deductible insurance. DAT is part of a broader effort to reduce barriers to healthcare access. By offering tests that insurance may not cover or may only cover infrequently, patients can take a proactive approach to managing their health. Additionally, the cash price may be less than the insurance price. This is particularly beneficial for the uninsured or under-insured.

Tests offered through Diagnostic Imaging DAT at Gothenburg Health

Gothenburg Health’s DAT program now offers four procedures for diagnostic imaging services:

Body Fat Composition | $80

US Aorta Screening | $35

Bone Density DEXA | $80

Cardiac Calcium Scoring | $100

The results will be received before leaving the facility. These results are also scanned into the patient’s medical chart for future reference.

Scheduling an Appointment is Required

  • Imaging DAT at Gothenburg Health is available without a physician's order in the hospital diagnostic imaging center, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
