Since 1984, Gothenburg Health Foundation has worked to inspire philanthropy that enriches health care services and promotes wellness in Gothenburg and surrounding communities.

The Gothenburg Memorial Hospital Foundation, dba Gothenburg Health Foundation, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, EIN: 47-0652141. It exists to receive, manage, generate and disburse charitable gifts.

The mission of the Gothenburg Health Foundation is to inspire philanthropy that enriches the provision of quality, cost-effective health care services, promoting the wellness and quality of life in our service communities.

2026 Annual Sponsorships

Businesses and individuals have the opportunity to support rural health care and community wellness through Gothenburg Health Foundation’s annual sponsorship option for 2026.

The program allows donors to make one commitment for the year, ensuring representation at both of the Foundation’s signature events — the Gala and the Golf Tournament — without the need for separate arrangements. 

Annual sponsors not only receive greater visibility but also play a vital role in sustaining quality health care and supporting local students pursuing medical careers. Whether attending the gala, playing in the golf tournament, or choosing a non-participating sponsorship, the Foundation offers opportunities to partner with area businesses and showcase generosity.
