The Gothenburg Health Lab performs lab tests for patients from a wide geographic area. They can perform tests ordered from outside our service community by any licensed Physician or Provider.
They also offer pre-employment drug screens and random drug screens for businesses. Any business requesting Employee Bloodwork Screenings can also contact our Lab staff.
Therapeutic phlebotomy is also performed by the staff.
The Gothenburg Health Lab offers Direct Access Testing (DAT). Individuals can come to the laboratory and receive wellness screenings for certain tests, without a written physician's order. The lab department is responsible for all blood and blood products which are always available for emergencies.
