Offering the quadrivalent flu vaccine to protect against 4 different flu viruses; 2 influenza A viruses and 2 influenza B viruses. Flu vaccine available for patients ages 6 months & older.
 
*Cash, check or debit/credit cards accepted for discounted rate of $25, receipts available.  Regular Medicare accepted. Commercial insurance can be filed at regular rate.

No appointment needed, walk-in during normal hours.
