Gothenburg Health is offering FREE sports & camp physicals for students at both their Gothenburg and Brady clinics!
No appointment needed, just walk-in! Gothenburg and Brady school forms available; please bring any camp or other school physical forms along if needed. Kindergarten and 7th grad physicals are not offered during these times.
