Role as Hospitalist
As the hospitalist, Jordan will focus on enhancing patient-centered care and strengthening collaboration between hospital and primary care providers. She will work closely with local providers to develop individualized care plans for hospitalized patients. She will help manage daily needs, coordinate with specialists, monitor treatment progress, and assist with discharge planning. She will also oversee patients in Gothenburg Health’s swing bed program, which helps individuals regain strength through therapy before returning home.
 
Personal Interests
Jordan enjoys spending time with family, being outside, and running. Her goal is to run a race in every state. She loves to travel, especially to run races in new places.
