Two Opportunities to Give: Gothenburg Health Foundation raises funds for OB Services

The Gothenburg Health Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to providing quality, cost-effective health care services, is launching a new initiative to support and enhance Obstetrical (OB) Services. This year’s fundraising efforts aim to ensure young families in rural areas, including Gothenburg and surrounding communities, can access top-notch maternity care close to home.

Maternity Care Deserts—rural areas without access to obstetrical services—are a growing concern across the U.S. Over half of rural counties lack maternity care, putting countless families at risk. Gothenburg Health is committed to maintaining and enhancing its OB services with updated equipment and ongoing training. Donations will ensure that families in the region continue to have access to exceptional care, right where they live. You can learn more about Maternity Care Deserts at https://www.marchofdimes.org/maternity-care-deserts-report.
